Photocells
In addition to being used as safety system, photocells can
also be employed as opening controls.
They are generally installed with supporting posts.
Available in two versions:
•
standard with IP55 compliant PVC box
•
armoured with IP66 compliant metal box
Photocells - Cable braces - Magnetic loop
Cable braces
This simple control significantly reduces the impact of
equipment on the moving door.
The forklift operator or pedestrian must stop near the
brace and pull the cable to open the door.
Most customers request two cables (one for each side
of the door).
It consists of a switch and a cable to be connected to
the switch.
Cantilever mounting brackets are also available.
Magnetic loop
This control device detects metal equipment
passing through the door. It consists of one or
two loops to be sunk in the floor and a
controller to be placed behind the electric
control panel.
Floor magnetic loops can detect metal, but not
any other type of material. Ideal for doors used
for the passage of forklifts.
