Folding door without floor track.
Ideal to close small, medium and large size openings.
Simple, effortless manual operation. Can be installed with a minimum of
space available on the lintel (max 190 mm).
The installation system is designed so that the weight of the door is not
supported by the structure to which it is anchored.
The lintel does not have to be load bearing, but simply allow the fastening
of the track using screw anchors.
The striker plates and cremone bolt selvages are screw anchored to the
floor. Minimum side space is required, as standard panels can be rotated
180
° (except for 4-panel doors, where this feature is optional). Because of
the absence of elements subject to wear (such as springs), this solution
requires the least maintenance over time.
The simple, smooth manual opening and closing mechanism avoids the
needs to install a motorized device (available on request). Composed of 52
mm thick modular panels, this door features an inner frame enclosed in
pre-painted sheet metal, which make it particularly durable and suitable
for the industrial environment.
Different types of windows can be created in the broad panel surface; this
model can also include a pedestrian passage without step
