Folding door with floor track. Ideal for closing medium and large size
spaces, particularly when the door is motorized. With smooth manual
operation pre-equipped for motor installation, or already motorized.
The door is installed “hanging” from the lintel, which therefore must be
load bearing.
A durable galvanized steel self-clamping track is walled into the floor;
the track is shaped specifically to enable secure anchoring to the floor
and allow dirt to fall to the bottom without obstructing the sliding of the
door.
The accordion door with floor track is different from the no-track version
in that it can be motorized regardless of the number of panels that
compose it.
This type is particularly suitable for large motorized gate doors to close
factories, small hangars, etc.
Motor operation can be either human controlled or automatic. We
recommend human controlled operation, considering the size of these
gates.
