for a high level of thermal insulation
1
Milled and gauged insulating material, before glue
spreading.

Note the difference between “glued” panel A, just
out of the press, and foamed panels B and C.
The sheet metal is very hard to detach from panel
A glued; the glue is evenly spread and covers the
entire surface. From foamed panel B the sheet metal
is easy to detach and most of the metal face is still
visible and not bound to the insulating foam.

Automated spreading of the single component glue.
Few manufacturers use this most advanced solution,
as it is definitely more expensive than the
polyurethane foaming process.
This technology involves greater scrap and longer
processing time to cut to size the insulating mate-
rial; however, the final result rewards this choice.
