Pre-walled in formwork
The formwork is made entirely of
20/10
galvanized sheet metal, with
numerous crush-resistant omega
stiffeners.
Supplied unassembled for easier
transport, it is assembled onsite using
a few bolts in less than 20 minutes.
This is the most widely used and
convenient solution: compared to the
traditional frame-based installation, it
avoids the extra work of building the
perimeter wood caissons.
It reduces significantly the time
required to complete the excavations
as well as the likelihood of out of
square executions and positionings.
The formwork has to be pre-walled in
and positioned by the customer
according to the specifications
provided in the installation manual.
A version with an easy cavity kit is
also available to build a cavity for
accommodating the tail board lifter on
the back of docking vehicles.
