An exclusive polystyrene insulated panel
The panel contains an extruded aluminium
frame that gives it stiffness while allowing
for the fastening of hinges and rollers on a
support that is not made of plate only (as with
most doors), but is composed of plate and
aluminium section for a total thickness of 3
mm!
Extreme rigidity is achieved through the
gluing process and the presence of an
internal frame; this allows the profiling of the
sheet metal surface without the need for the
aesthetically burdensome ribs typical of most
standard polyurethane insulated panels.
